In January, the National Sales Team came together at our London HQ for a strategic planning meeting to set the direction for 2025 and beyond.

This kick-off meeting was a key opportunity for the team to reflect on the incredible achievements of 2024 and to align our goals for the upcoming year.
We’re thrilled to report a fantastic 20%+ year-on-year revenue growth from 2023 to 2024.
This milestone was driven by the successful launch of two new offices in Exeter and Southampton, as well as a series of significant contract wins across our established locations. These achievements set the stage for an even stronger 2025.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we’ve already added new members to our sales teams and are always open to bringing in fresh talent to help us grow. Additionally, we’re exploring opportunities to open new facilities across the UK, welcoming ambitious professionals who are excited to be part of AWL’s dynamic growth journey.
The two-day meeting was packed with insightful presentations, reviews of 2024, and updates from all our locations. With the team fully focused on building momentum, we’re ready to take on new growth opportunities in 2025.
