2022 is a very special year for us here at AWL - it marks our 20th anniversary of successful business.
AWL started out with just one office and a small but committed team. Over the last two decades, this has developed into a nationwide business with multiple offices and an ever-growing headcount of exceptional staff.
As always, we are looking forward and investing in the future. In our ‘Staff Update’ blog, you’ll see that we’re busy developing our sales teams, adding even more talent into the mix. Our latest member joined us at the beginning of this year, and we’ll continue to build on our talent base.
Even with the issues we have experienced surrounding Covid throughout 2021, we managed to see some excellent and continued growth from our existing customer base.

Hopefully, this will be matched by the OECD’s growth forecast for the UK economy this year of 4.9%, which is expected to be the fastest in the G-7 group of nations. The economy is opening and growing. And with Covid on the retreat once more, we can all look forward to a busy and successful year ahead. Always remember that a positive attitude will lead to positive outcomes!
